The Membership benefits listed in this section is to be honored by InterContinental Hanoi Westlake for all Priority Privilege Members during the Membership Term.

DINING BENEFITS

A. Dining Discount:
25% discount for cardholder dining alone
50% for cardholder and one (1) guest
30% for cardholder and two (2) guests
25% for cardholder and three (3) guests
20% for cardholder and four (4) or more guests
(up to a maximum of 10 people)
Conditions:The above discounts apply to the food
portion of the bill only and exclude beverages, tax,
gratuity, and service charge. Valid at all participating restaurants and during all meal periods. Not valid for outside banqueting or catering. Valid only one card per table. Dining discounts may not apply on special festive holidays such as Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve, New Year’s Day and Valentine’s Day, however, may be applicable at the discretion of the hotel. Non-Transferable.

B. One (1) certificate valid for a complimentary lunch buffet for 2 at Café Du Lac. Valid Monday through Saturday. Advance reservations recommended. Non-Transferable.

C. Two (2) Special Occasion Dining Certificates. This certificate entitles the member for 50% discount on the food portion of the bill when dining with six (6) to ten (10) guests in Café Du Lac, Milan Restaurant or Saigon Restaurant. Valid Monday through Sunday. Non-Transferable.

D. Two (2) certificates valid for a complimentary bottle of house wine with a minimum four (4) persons dining. Certificate must be presented when order is placed. Valid Monday through Sunday at any participating restaurant. Bottle must be consumed in the restaurant and may not be removed. Certificate cannot be redeemed together with complimentary dining certificate. Non-Transferable.

E. Two (2) VND 300,000 Cash Certificates at Milan Restaurant. This certificate entitles the member VND 300,000 cash certificates to the value of three hundred Vietnam Dong (VND300,000) each, for full or part payment of food and beverage bill. Valid when dining at Milan restaurant for dinner or the Sunday Seafood Brunch. Certificate value to be deducted from the total bill before dining discount is applied. One (1) certificate per table or per visit and cannot be combined with other certificates or promotions. Valid Monday through Sunday. Transferable.

F. Two (2) VND 300,000 Cash Certificates at Saigon Restaurant. This certificate entitles the member VND 300,000 cash certificates to the value of three hundred Vietnam Dong (VND300,000) each, for full or part payment of food and beverage bill. Valid when dining at Saigon restaurant. Certificate value to be deducted from the total bill before dining discount is applied. One (1) certificate per table or per visit and cannot be combined with other certificates or promotions. Valid Monday through Sunday. Transferable.

GUEST ROOM BENEFITS

A. One (1) certificate valid for one (1) complimentary night in a Superior room. Advance reservation required, subject to availability. Members may upgrade to higher room types, hotel reservations will provide details of supplement charges at the time of booking.

B. Two (2) room certificates each entitling the bearer to fifty percent (50%) discount applicable to the Best Flexible Rate. Discount applicable to room rate only. Transferable.

C. Two (2) Room Upgrade Certificates. This certificate entitles the member to an upgrade to Over Water Pavilion rooms, with access to the Intercontinental Club Lounge. Valid Monday to Sunday. Cannot be combined with other certificates or promotions. Transferable.

D. Twenty percent (20%) off Best Flexible Rate. Transferable. Member need not be present at time of check-in.

E. Flexible check-out time, up to 4:00pm at no additional charge, subject to availability. (Only for Standard Tier)

BAR & LOUNGE BENEFITS

Twenty percent (20%) discount on total bill (food and beverage, including alcoholic beverages at Diplomat Lounge, Sunset Bar, and Milan & Saigon Bar. Non-Transferable.

MEETING AND BANQUET BENEFITS

Member receives twenty percent (20%) discount on meeting/banquet room rental and total F&B consumption. Membership details must disclosed at the time of quote request - discount cannot be provided after a quote has been issued or event consumed. Not combinable with other offers or during special event periods.

HEALTH CLUB BENEFITS

A. Fifteen percent (15%) discount on membership for new members or renewal members. Discount applicable to member only.

B. Seven (7) Health Club Access Certificates. This certificate entitles the member for a one (1) day access to the Health Club for one (1) person. Non-Transferable.

BIRTHDAY BENEFIT

One (1) Birthday Cake Certificate. This certificate entitles the member for a 900g birthday cake redeemable during the month of the member's birthday, while dining in the restaurant. Minimum 24-hour advance notice required. Non-Transferable.

RENEWAL BENEFITS (Only for Standard Tier)

REFERRAL CARD INCENTIVE

For every successful membership sale derived from a referral of an active member, the referring member will receive one certificate for a complimentary bottle of house wine to be consumed when dining at the hotel. Bottle may not be removed from the hotel.

SUPPLEMENTARY CARD

Member may purchase up to 2 additional Supplementary Cards for family members atUS$100 per card. Supplementary card will not have any certificates issued with it.

REWARDS BENEFIT

Member will receive One (1) Complimentary Night Certificate in a Superior Room - when member dines 10 times at Intercontinental Hanoi Westlake. Minimum bill on each visit should be US$35.
